The Families Hub does not transmit, share, or otherwise make your information available to practitioners, clinicians, service providers, or other external parties. Emerging Minds does not provide practitioners with access to your activity, entries, progress, or usage of the Hub, and the Hub does not create any channel for practitioner oversight or involvement and no data from the Families Hub is used for clinical decision making.
You are solely responsible for deciding whether to share any information or outputs from the Hub with health professionals or any other individuals. If you choose to disclose your reflections or tool outputs to a practitioner, you do so at your own discretion.
Our Privacy Policy provides detailed information on when and why we collect your de-identified personal information, how we use it once collected, the limited circumstances under which we may disclose it to others, and how we keep it secure. You also have the option of interacting with us anonymously by using a pseudonym.
